Refund Policy

Refund Process

If you wish to request a refund for a donation made to Random Humanitarian, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us via email at finance@randomhumanitarian.org with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include the following information in your email:

   • Date of donation
   • Donation amount
   • Payment method used
   • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
3. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days
4. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

Refund Conditions

• Processing fees charged by payment processors may not be refundable

• Some of the societies and organizations we work with prefer not to be known. Their identity is never disclosed — not in our website, not in our reports, not anywhere — unless they have given explicit written permission
• The whole point of our organization is to help people anonymously — quietly, respectfully, and without ever trading privacy for publicity
• Donors, partners, and the families we assist all have the right to remain anonymous. We honor that right by default
• If the kind of charity you are looking for is one that helps anonymously, keeps you private, and never names you publicly — you are most welcome here. We are built exactly for that
